Responsibilities may include as below but not limited to the following: - Track and direct report budgeting, project schedule and current vs forecast cash flow status updates to Project Manager/ direct superior - Ensure actual project data collection and maintain weekly accurate estimates - Support company for QMS certification - Ensure the QMS is established, documented, and maintained. - Ensure documentation control and filing to be carried as per company's SOP - Create an execute internal project audit and controls to ensure the SOP execution as per company policy - Manage the documentations' flow within the organization - Assists Project Manager/ direct superior to create and maintain project budget - Offer direct financial communication with project team & finance department - Prepare cost report, detect issues, and effectively communicate closely for project cost performance, open cost issues and assists for recovering plan - Manage client/ customer's incoming RFQ and tender process to be carried out on time - Prepare official quotation to client/ customer timely - Highlight client's important keynote and requirement for tender submission - Assists tender lead to prepare tender submission checklist and organize tender meeting - Lead in compilation of tender documents according submission requirement - Manage RFQ and tender submission - Collaborate with field staff to prepare project schedule and schedule update weekly - Issue project invoice to client for completed project - Track invoicing status weekly - Facilitate communications between project support team and field staff - Coordinate and monthly project performance meeting with Engineering Manager and Project Managers - Prepare and compile monthly project performance report for the Engineering Manager with summary of the project activities Responsibilities may differ from time to time and must be updated and recorded accordingly.
