Project Controller

**Location **:Seksyen 13, Petaling Jaya**Working Hours **:Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm (Hybrid)**Job Descriptions**:- Liaise with Corporate, Finance & Control functions in order to help in the follow up of financial performance of project execution: Legal, Tax, Treasury, Solution Risk Managers, Contract Managers, Contract administrators, and Finance Business analysts.- As business partner during project Selling and Execution phases, support and challenge Project Manager in all relevant project aspects with close focus/follow up on the finance activities (Revenue recognition, Margin, Cash, Tax, '¦) in order to improve project financial performance.- As business partner for tender leader to support and challenge the financial aspects for new opportunities as well with captured lessons learned from executed projects.- Build strong relationship with Project Execution controller to ensure alignment on the role and responsibilities of project controller. Help Finance & Control leader ensuring the implementation of the financial governance as defined by the Global teams: REL, KPIs, Risk & Contract, Solutions Guidelines.- Providing to the Execution Center leader with the financial performance of project execution: margin slippage and cash performance (R-I-C). During Execution, participate and animate REL4 for the region; Participate to REL5.- Implementation of all project controlling relevant rules, methods, processes and tools in accordance to Global Project Controlling requirements.- Supporting adherence to corporate governance, integrity, assurance, internal control, group charter and business-specific finance directives and instructions.- Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines/ procedures and external regulatory requirements.**Requirements**:- Degree or Diploma holder in Accounting / Finance- 2-5 years of working experience in Project Accounting**Benefits **:Leaves, Fixed Allowance, Bonus, etc**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryApplication Question(s):- What is your expected salary?- How long is your notice period?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Accounting: 2 years (required)
