Project Coordinator (Ecom Fulfillment)

-Overseeing e-commerce clients fulfillment needs from capacity, speed, requirements and executions.-Coordinate with teams to support fulfillment operations, including receiving inventories, tagging, storage, pick and pack and delivery.-Monitor delivery partner performance and onboard new quality partners.-Managing e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate order management and fulfillment.-Attending to client requests and communicate for exceptions.-Forecast fulfillment capacity and coordinate with teams to ensure the completion of fulfillment.-Analyze client feedbacks and optimize to improve customer experience.
-Hold at least Diploma in E-Commerce, Business, Administration or related field.-Minimum 1 year of working experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics and related field is highly preferred.-Passion in cross border logistics, supply chain and e-commerce.-Great analytical and problem solving skills.-Detail oriented, exceptional organizational and time management skills.-Great team player with sense of humour!
