Project Coordinator

**Main Responsibilities**- Total client satisfaction.- Project & service Coordination of all Customer Service issues within Convergint branch office and among Convergint colleagues.- Monitor the quality of Convergint's services in your branch office.- Documentation for clients, including Handover packaging, service cards, handover confirmations, maintenance documents, confirmation slips, training templates, etc.- Coordinate projects according to schedule, economically and to clients satisfaction,- Weekly reports as required**Requirements**:- Strong service sense and skills, good time management, high learning skill.- Good communication and coordination skills.- A meticulous person.- Able to work under pressure.- Immediate availability**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,012.60 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
