Project Coordinator

Provide effective project administrative support to all event and advertising- Monitor and coordinate the given project to ensure timely completion and meet the deadline- Coordinate the project and liaise with client- Establish contact with exhibitor and ensure all requirements are met with efficient delivery of order- Liaise with the vendor/supplier on the site workability and construction details- Work on ad hoc, creative, fast, organize and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast-paced environment- Review and monitor project progress and identify room for improvements- Liaise & maintain good relationship with customers- Present the project proposal including its costing details and proposed design- Ensure all data are properly documented and filed**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Coordinator: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)- Malay (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
