Keep reading...**Job Scope**:- Manage internal workflow between Client Servicing team and Operations team.- Ensure the efficiency of the agency's operations team through the reduction of false job starts, inappropriate job initiation, incomplete information sharing and the time-sensitive submissions of creative designs and artworks.- Plan and monitor schedules to ensure efficient allocation of resources.- Conduct regular production meetings to review production progress.- Source, evaluate and identify reliable freelancers to support project needs whenever necessary.- Evaluate the training gaps of the resources and provide opportunities for on-job-training to ensure reasonable and effective human capital resource support within the company.- Oversee production calendar plan execution and implementation.- Be part of the recruitment and hiring team along with Directors.- Manage miscellaneous office matters.**; Requirements: - Requirements**:- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Required Skill(s): Traffic Control, Office Management, HR, Recruiting, Operations Management- Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.- Bonus: Advertising/Marketing agency experience.
