Project Coordinator

**Job Summary**- Administer and organize all types of projects; and come up with comprehensive action plans, including resources, time frames and budgets for projects.- Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule, change and risk management, along with administrative duties like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.**Job Requirements**- Min Bachelor Degree in construction management, Project management, civil engineering or related field with 3 years of working experience in property development industry.- Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by immediate supervisor.- Assist in the planning, coordination and implementation of the various types of projects.- Coordinate and collaborate with team members and clients throughout the project lifecycle.- Create and communicate meeting recap and follow-ups.- Ensure proper resources are assigned for the delivery of milestones.- Report on project health and status.- Able to undertake other special ad-hoc assignment and tasks required.- Support and participate in Quality, Health and Environmental (QHSE) activities to ensure company's QHSE objectives and targets are met.**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- What is your current and expected salary?**Experience**:- property development industry: 3 years (required)
