Project Coordinator

Manage, overseeing, scheduling and directing day-to-day project site activities Plan & execute the designated site schedule Monitor and report to Project Director of project details Plan, develop and implement quality work control programs. Ensures all variations, defects, site condition and site progress are properly documented. Confer with the team, customers & contractors to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems. Able to identify and eliminate all possible safety hazards according to the building regulation and safety codes. Ensures project costs are managed Requisition supplies and materials for projects. Access/ key management for projects Collect, deliver/ update information for projects Possess Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate in Architecture/ Construction Management/Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveyor or equivalent. 2 to 3 years of working experience in interior design/ construction/architectural industry Good leadership and excellent planning skills for monitoring project plans and schedules. Possess knowledge of Project Management concepts and principles. Applicants must possess good written and strong oral communications with a wide range of clients & subcontractors and proficient in English, Malaysia & Mandarin Possess positive working attitude, strong attention to detail, proactive, responsible, resourceful and able to work independently. Cost conscious and sound commercial awareness to allocate and manage the project budget effectively according to BQ Technical/computing skills programs like MS Project, Microsoft Office Excel and Word, M.
