Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:- Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.- Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.- Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.- Assist HOD (Project) to coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information- Act as Document controller to maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports for Project Department**Requirements**:- Possess at least SPM or equivalent.- Minimum two (2) years of experience in administration/project management will be an added advantage.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.- Organized, proactive, meticulous, resourceful and a team player.- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.- Well versed in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.**Benefits**:- Competitive remuneration package- Outpatient Medical include direct family- Group Hospitalization & Surgical Scheme- Personal Accident Insurance- Allowance (travel stipends, transportation, outstation, etc.)- Sport Club, social, recreational and regular team activities- Personal development opportunities- Open culture**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:My Sejahtera health declaration, full vaccination, other safety/ hygiene measures in place (eg. wear face mask, social distancing of at least 1 m, sanitization routine etc)**Experience**:- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
