Project Coordinator

**Main Responsibilities**- Monitor and expedite the fabrication progress as per planned schedule by Engineers. Progress status shall report to respective Project Engineer & Project Supervisor (Project Manager or Senior. Project Manager)- Coordinate fabrication matters between Project Engineer, Sub-contractor, QC and Production. Example; (a) ensure sufficient testing gasket and bolt / nut in place prior the actual testing date. (b) ensure sufficient packing materials in place for packing activities before the equipment dispatch from Jutasama. (c) Coordinate the inspection with QC inspector, not limited to incoming material inspection, final visual / dimensional inspection, non-destructive examination, etc. (d) Incoming raw materials coordination with Sub-contractor- Coordinate the inspection with client- Material take off- Assist for workshop improvement. Example: (a) Control of balance material and stainless steel segregation. (b) Monitoring of machine / equipment maintenance- Final check of equipment packing before delivery- Document preparation if required. Example: (a) Detail checklist for progress monitoring purpose (b) Fabrication and Inspection Procedure for submission- Any other duties associated with the position and when necessary from time to time**Competency Requirement**- Minimum SPM or equivalent- Minimum 5 years of similar workshop experience**Skill**- Process equipment and fabrication**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
