Project Coordinator (Steel Structure & Construction)

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to create detailed project schedules, outlining tasks, milestones, and deadlines for various phases of the project.- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, drawings, permits, and other relevant records. Prepare progress reports, status updates, and other project-related documents for internal and external- Attend site visit and effective communication among project team members, subcontractors, clients, and suppliers. Ensure that everyone is informed about project goals, timelines, and any changes.- Assist in managing project resources, such as materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure that they are allocated efficiently and in alignment with project requirements.- Monitoring project costs and expenses against the allocated budget.- Liaise with on-site personnel to ensure that construction activities are progressing according to the schedule and safety standards- Identify challenges and obstacles that may arise during the project and work with the team to find solutions and keep the project on track.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering, or a related field.- Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Have Own Transport and Driving License
