To ensure clients' need are satisfied by constructing partnerships between the company, clients, vendors and subcontractor organizations.**Key Accountabilities**- Gain an awareness of the necessary level of financial control for projects; learning how to budget, forecast, invoice and maintain tight management of ongoing project budgets.- Gain a good understanding of internal department roles, project stages and administrative processes to aid the smooth management from initial brief to final build, delivery and project reporting.- Respond to client requirements as specified in the contract or SLA.- Act as a primary point of contact for client needs requirements and expectations with regards to assigned project.**Key Roles**- Primary contact for the assigned project on service delivery and support the Project Manager in identifying growth opportunities and contract profitability.- Support end-to-end planning, build and delivery of assigned project.- Assist with managing the delivery output process, including briefing client feedback to team members and assist in managing delivery of key stages of work.- Major contribution to overall client satisfaction for project delivery.- Address performance in troubled units/departments to achieve productivity objectives.- Provide input of key documents into project/account repositories.- Manage backup/recovery plans, disaster backup scenarios, capacity management and risk management, communication with the client and business compliance to industry rules and guidance.**Team Work**- Attend and contribute to team meetings in a positive manner.- Share information with team members.- Be comfortable in working with all stakeholders.- Perform other duties as required, including covering absences/leave where required.**Job Requirements**- Diploma or University degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or a related discipline.- A natural team player attitude.- Excellent customer service and a good communicator.
