**Position Overview**- We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Event Director to lead and oversee our event management team.- The Project Event Director will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of a wide range of events.- This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional project management skills.**Responsibilities**- Event Planning and Coordination:- Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements, objectives, and budgets.- Assist in developing event concepts, themes, and timelines.- Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for event-related services.- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, event set-up, audiovisual requirements, transportation, and catering.- Manage event registration and attendee communication.- Project Management:- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.- Conduct regular meetings with the project team to review project status and address any issues or challenges.- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. On-Site Event Management:- Oversee event setup, ensuring all elements are in place and executed according to plan.- Coordinate event staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed.- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders during events.- Handle any last-minute changes or unforeseen circumstances during events.- Post-Event Evaluation and Reporting:- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.- Prepare event reports, including attendance figures, budget analysis, and key learnings.**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Meal providedSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus
