Project Executive

Monitor all projects and ensure achievement of all revenue objectives- Develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and achieve all business objectives and determine an effective strategy- Analyze all competitor strategies and coordinate with clients for all account plans- Monitor all present and future trends for all client businesses and perform crisis management- Maintain efficient account team for all development projects and participate in all protection processes- Evaluate all project documents and ensure compliance to all contract requirements- Evaluate and prepare all reports to ensure accuracy for same and design all corrective actions- Prepare all resources for all projects and provide required reports for same and plan all projects according to required timeframe and in compliance with project policy documents- Maintain professional relationships with clients and evaluate and approve all proposals and invoices for clients and monitor all participation projects to ensure adherence to all methods and standards- Provide technical support to customers- Keep track of people, spare parts used, inventory control and progress- Rate, review and make recommendation regarding sub-contractors as well as provide analysis- Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
