Project Executive

Responsibilities: Handing over the project within the deadline. Monitor project costing and keep it within contract budget. To attend all site cordination meetings and to prepare documentations. Assist the project manager in preparing progress claim submission. Manage and monitor workers's schedules work progress Identify changes in work scope in the project plan. Ensure to take appropriate planning measures with all clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets.   Requirements: Proven work experience as a Project Executive or similar role. Familiarity in project management, from conception to handing over. An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans. Outstanding organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management. Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills. Knowledgeable with quality assurance control. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner. Hands-on experience with project management tools. Possess a technical diploma in a technical displicine or or related field. Valid motor licence and own transport
