Project Executive (Intern)

What you'll do- To collaborate with teammates from HK, TW and MY remotely to plan, operate and develop new courses / products / events in HK, TW and MY, in both onsite and virtual formats- Analyze the workflow, leverage technology and develop SOP to improve the operation efficiency - Acquire and Develop the relationship with trainers- Support the student admission and Improve their onboarding and learning experience- To support our B2B initiatives to upskill businesses' digital skills- Develop strategic partnership and Support new project initiatives**; Requirements**: - What we are looking for- Proficient in English and Mandarin (Both written and Spoken)- 0-1 years of experience in project management / community and event / account servicing / operation (fresh graduate is welcome)- Capable of managing both onsite and virtual events and community.- Good at building relationship and develop business collaboration with prospects and stakeholders- Enjoy interacting with people, being passionate in providing the best experience to our students, trainers and clients- Strong communication and writing skill to express complex idea in a simple way - Proactive, Fast-learning and Strong problem solving skill- Proactive to help your teammatesBonus- Proficient in Cantonese- Worked in Startups, Internet / Education Industry before- With basic understanding of digital marketing / technology- Remote working experience, esp. with oversea teammates
