Project Executive (Kuching)

**Project Executive**- Monitor and progress update on work progress, report variation from project scope- Handle the projects assigned and liaison with Contractor and Consultants on site work- Maintain proper documentation on work and assist to prepare management reports- Arrange and attend QC inspection by relevant parties-Architect, Engineer etc. and maintain proper records- Monitor and coordinate with Contractor and Consultants for timely submission, raising and response to all technical submissions and clariticationRequirements:- Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or any related professional qualification- 2-4 years of relevant working experience in high rise or construction industry- Self discipline, able to work independently and good working attitude- Good written & verbal communication skills Bahasa Malaysia and English- Preferably executive specialized in Property Development or equivalent- Able to work independently and with minimum supervision.- Willing to work at Kuching
