Project Executive (Mystay Myeg)

To accountable for the implementation of the assigned project/projects until completion remaining within budget, timely execution of all milestones and deliverable.- To coordinate with consultants on schematic drawings, engineering drawings, authorities' submission drawings, and construction drawings.- To liaise with local authorities and agencies on drawings / reports submission and approval.- To provide regular updates to your assigned project to Project Manage.- To liaise with local authorities and external technical departments for the inspection and approval of CCC.- To keep record contractors' work done valuation, variation orders and certification in consultation with architects, quantity surveyor and other consultants.- To prepare work progress report during construction.- To assist in delivery of vacant possession.- To assist for the remedial during defects liability period (DLP).Job requirements:- Meticulous and possess strong verbal and written communication skills.- Good personality and interpersonal skills.- Ability to adapt to frequent changes and work under minimum supervision.- Able to work with pressure and meet tight datelines.**Job Type**: PermanentPay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- How much your expected salary?- How much your current salary?- Willing to work at Damansara Perdana?- Able to start Immediately?- Have own transport?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
