Project Executive (Retail Fit Outl)

Good knowledge in interior fit out project management & technical detailing.- To prepare and monitor project schedule, weekly site reports and technical details.- Plan & execute project activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and of acceptable quality standard.- Co-ordinate with and instruct sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship.- Distribute drawings and advise sub-contractors on construction methods.- Oversee project progress and prepare weekly report to Project Manager.- Any others responsibilities and duties that may assigned from time to time.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Night shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Project management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- english (required)
