Project Management

**Job Description**:- To lead project team to realize Product Development from Product Pre-development to Project Team Release, in accordance to customer's requirement and procedures established.- Accountable for the achievement of project targets in terms of quality, cost and on-time delivery.- Understand and implement all the relevant Product Innovation Framework PIF as per Bosch procedure- Responsible for managing the project risk management and coordinating the needed risk assessments and communicating with the relevant stakeholders.- Support and takeover special tasks as assigned by supervisor.**Qualifications**:- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.- Preferably with Project Management experience in the Design and Development environment.- With proven strong leadership skills and good communication skills- Possess general understanding on plastic injection molding, electronics knowledge- Skills in planning and knowledgeable in using Microsoft Project software for planning.- With Experience and good understanding of Scrum or Agile methodology.- Own entrepreneurial thinking and have strong analytical skills and able to take lead in resolving issues with the team.- Confident and persistent in achieving set targets. Pro-active mindset.- Team player with good communication skills- Familiar in presentation of technical proposals- Experienced in collaborating with intercultural and cross functions project teams
