Job Description: Initiate improvement on tools to support working process/experience of Shopee BD team and Sellers via New feature request Feature improvement request Explore other markets/competitors and benchmark with current TH tools Help testing/ feedback to product team in UAT/Demo session and gather feedback from other BD users Give input to Regional on new improvement, suggest feedback if feature doesn't match with current business need or doesn't work as expected Monitor TH BD features request result and roll out new improvement to user Requirements: Bachelor/ Master Degree in business related fields Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills at all times Strong quantitative and analytical skills Good at execution and project management Strong interpersonal skills, be able to collaborate with cross functional teams Excellent communication capability in both Thai and English Driven, self-managed, and self-initiated Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
