Project Management Internship

Assist marketing project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for various marketing campaigns and initiatives- Support marketing project managers in project execution and tracking progress against timelines and budgets- Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure projects are aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and document project meetings and decisions- Assist in identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies, particularly as they relate to marketing strategies and tactics- Develop project management tools and templates specific to marketing projects to improve project efficiency and effectiveness- Provide regular updates to marketing project managers and other stakeholders on project progress, particularly as it relates to marketing metrics and KPIs- Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing project manager or supervisor**; Requirements**:- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management)- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools preferred, particularly as they relate to marketing projects- Understanding of marketing strategies and tactics preferred- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Availability to work full-time for the duration of the internship (typically 3-6 months)**SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS**:- Strong interest in marketing and digital media- Experience with social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS- Understanding of SEO best practices- Experience with graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed- Availability to work flexible hours when required?**REMUNERATION PACKAGE**:**Allowances**: RM1000Commissions?**BENEFITS**:Bonus?**Working hours**:Mon - Sat ( 10am-6pm)
