**MUST HAVE 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION ** COMMUNICATE ENTIRELY IN CHINESE **HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING IN CHINA ?Designing high voltage circuitry, electronics, and system components ?Characterizing HV circuits and components ?Assembly, debug and test: Board-level and modular integration of circuits and components into working instrumentation for the purpose of new product introductions ?Documentation: schematics, theory of ops, interface with company CAD/components database ?Maintaining familiarity with industry-standard HV components, connectors, cables, etc., and interfacing with vendors to procure special HV components ?Modeling for validation of design using simulation software, e.g. SPICE, HP-MDS, and similar ?Integration of analog and mixed signal circuits and systems at the board level. ?Oversight of PCA layout process. ?Taking responsibility for assigned projects from inception to completion ?Maintaining appropriate laboratory notebooks, periodically present work to the R&D team as well as to the management team. ?Supporting preparation of patent applications to protect proprietary technology. ?Inspect electrical systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. ?Direct or train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures. ?Use a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes, ammeters, or test lamps. ?Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
