**Job Title**: Project Manager**Location**: Bukit Jalil**Salary Range**: RM 7,250 - RM 9,750**Immediate Hiring****Responsibilities**:- Plan, organize, and coordinate daily site activities.- Report work progress to the head of the project manager.- Monitor and organize the site supervisory team to ensure efficient work delivery at the site.- Ensure the completion of assigned projects on time and within the allocated budget.- Plan the work program of the project and monitor stage completion.- Monitor the Project Implementation Plan for overall works.- Organize the project management team to ensure smooth progress at the site.- Ensure inspections and tests are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications.- Coordinate, review, and verify contractor claims.- Liaise with the internal Interior Design Team, Sales Team, and Client.- Coordinate interfacing activities with various sub-contractors.- Identify design problems, recommend improvements, and liaise with the design team.- Monitor the progress of work in financial and physical aspects.- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.**Job Requirements**:- At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil & Structural, or equivalent.- 3-5 years of working experience in the related field (Interior Design & Renovation).- Ability to work independently and under pressure.- Proficient in spoken and written English, with familiarity in Microsoft Project.- Must possess own transport.**Salary**: RM7,250.00 - RM9,750.00 per month
