The Business Unit can look back on almost fifty years of production and development expertise.**Your new responsibilities**:- Project manager for the development of innovative LED chips in different Material systems- Intense interface and stakeholder management- Supervision of projects with regards to further development and production readiness- Work out the details and test new chip concepts and designs together with the global (international) team- Sustainable and systematic solving of complex problems with regards to design, processes and manufacturability**What we look for**:- Advanced project management skills and experience in leading complex projects, preferable in chip development- Professional trainings e.g. certified project manager recommended- Degree in physics, electrical engineering, materials science or a related fields- Essential knowledge in the field of semiconductor and device physics, preferably in the development of LED-Chips- Professional experience in leading complex development projects- Organizational talent, assertiveness as well as the ability of leading global / international teams- Creativity, analytical thinking and a high level of problem-solving competence- Well-structured and target-oriented working style- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate teams creating cutting edge technology- Working in an intercultural environment, and able for regular travels for training and team meetings to the headquarter in Germany
