Project Manager (Contract)

**JOB OVERVIEW**Responsible for the management, monitoring, control, and delivery of projects in-line with the project's key objectives.**RESPONSIBILITIES**1. Plan and implement the project2. Define scope, schedule, and deliverables3. Monitor risks and issues4. Manage the project team5. Support and direct the team6. Track deliverables7. Lead quality assurance8. Monitor and report on project progress9. Present report to stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues10. Evaluate and assess results of the project11. Communication and collaboration with clients12. Support project HR and Financial processes13. Support vendor and supplier management activities**QUALIFICATIONS**1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field.2. 5 - 8 years of project management or related experience. Experience in Government projects is an advantage.3. Project Management professional certification (e.g.: PMP, Prince2) is preferred.4. Proficient knowledge in usage of project management tools (e.g.: MS Project, Project Libre).5. Proficient knowledge in software project methodologies, processes, and best practices.6. Able to work in and with a team.7. Good leadership and followership skills.8. Able to align and adjust in high pressure project situations.9.
