**Role: PROJECT MANAGER (e-statement project)****Role Type**:Initial 12 month and Extendable Contract through Optimum Infosolutions - KL, Malaysia**Job Location**:Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia**Job Description (JD)**- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving allrelevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.- Ensure resource availability and allocation.- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.- Report and escalate to management as needed.- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.**Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable)**- Degree Holder- Min experience 5 years in PM role- Experience in Retail & Trade Banking operation- Familiarize with defect tool e.g. Jira,HPLM**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM3,542.25 - RM12,631.37 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)License/Certification:- Six Sigma (preferred)
