Project Manager (Female Preferred)

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING JKR JOB- Experienced in Culvert, Earthworks, Bridge Construction- **Planning**: Develop project plans, setting objectives, timelines, and resource needs.- **Team Leadership**: Coordinate and lead project teams, assigning roles and tasks.- **Resource Allocation**: Manage resources effectively, including budget, materials, and personnel.- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth progress.- **Communication**: Facilitate clear communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor deliverables to maintain quality standards and meet objectives.- **Problem Solving**: Address issues and conflicts to keep the project on track.- **Documentation**: Maintain records and reports related to project progress and changes.- **Client Relations**: Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met.- **Project Closure**: Oversee project completion, evaluation, and post-project reviews for improvement.Female, > 30 years old is preferred**Job Type**: Contract**Salary**: RM7,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- Have you handle JKR matter before?- Are you available to have walk in interview session in January 2024 at Ipoh?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Project management: 1 year (required)
