Project Manager

Job Description (Project Manager)- Responsible for project operation including planning, coordinating, monitoring and implementing the project from conception, plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables, monitoring project on quality, cost and time within project budget.- Weekly/Daily site/project meeting/briefing with Site Manager, Site Engineer and Site Supervisors.- Periodic updates on the Project progression with regards to its completion, site issues/disputes, challenges faced when dealing with the Authorities and etc.- Posses high level of technical competence in Civil & Structural Design for residential / commercial development experienced especially high rise building and experienced in infrastructure project- To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality- Liaise effectively with project team, local authorities, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants- Attend to design and site meetings in ensuring on the progress of the Project according to schedule and plan.- Ensure ISO compliances are practice and adhered for all the Projects.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceAbility to commute/relocate:- Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Management: 1 year (required)
