Project Manager

Responsible for planning, organizing and directing the completion of specific projects for the company while ensuring these projects are completed within the contract period and the stipulated budget.- Conduct project feasibility study and recommendation on design development, concept, work program and budget to suit to company's intention.- Collaborate with all departments and consultants in preparing the development and project brief which include the time frame, costing, targets and objectives.- Identify and resolving potential construction issues.- Managing and monitoring of the construction works to complete within the contract value and time, reducing the occurrence of variance orders entailing to additional cost and ensuring quality standard.- Monitoring and supporting the implementation of quality, health, safety and environment plan as per SOP and ISO standard.- Obtaining CPC and CCC through coordination with project teams, utility, service provider and authorities.( Certificate of Practical Completion & Certificate of Completion and Compliance).- Guide/advise subordinates at site in carry out their job - to ensure construction adhere to Company Quality Management System and ensure all defects are rectified satisfactorily.- Assisting in obtaining relevant local authorities' approval and ensure regulatory requirements are complied with.- Coordinate and monitor external parties ( consultants and contractors) to ensure smooth Implementations of projects.**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Management: 5 years (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 100% (preferred)
