About the Role:In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring high standards and adherence to deadlines. You will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects while maintaining compliance with company policies, requirements, and regulations.Key Responsibilities:·Ensure that the project adheres to company policies, requirements, and regulations.·Ensure site teams have the necessary capabilities and resources to fulfill project objectives and contractual obligations.· Develop project schedules and regularly monitor progress.· Prepare required reports for headquarters and submit all claims in accordance with contractual entitlements.· Provide effective leadership in managing the project and the team.Key Requirements:·Degree in Building, Construction, Civil Engineering, or relevant field.·Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity on construction sites.·Solid understanding of civil engineering construction and contracts.·Proficient in computer skills with excellent command of spoken and written English.·Special skills in time management and cost control are advantageous.If you are ambitious and ready to contribute to the success, seize this opportunity.
