Project Manager

Have at least 2 years of experience of project manager- Responsible for overall project management which included but not limited to planning, implementation, execution, and completion of project successfully within the stipulated time and cost- Able to maximise company profit.- Able to communicate well with the directors,staff and others related party- Oversee the projects operations and construction processes meeting the project objectives/goals.- Lead and coordinate work amongst the project team.- Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out as per Drawings and Specifications and according to local regulations and requirements.- Liaise with JKR, contractor and local authorities for project related matters and requirements to ensure the smooth implementation of work progress- Prepare and tracking CPM and present monthly project report- Monitor the progress of project implementation in accordance to work program, contracts and specification.- To attend project / site / technical / coordination meeting- Able to defend company rights- Responsible to monitors staff and workers- Able to think critically on how to manage project to run smoothly within the time given- Salary negotiablePAKUBUMI CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD was incorporated on 23rd October 2001 as a move to put the company at a professional level suitable with the motive of fostering the insights of middle-class professional contractors.Generally, PAKUBUMI CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD was led directly by board members who were also directly involved in the business affairs and administration of the company to be viable, competitive, and resilient.The close relationship between the board members and government agencies, private sectors, community leaders and entrepreneurs are also an advantage to carry the company to the next level.Since the establishment of PAKUBUMI CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD, the main activity of the company is focused on the work of supplying building materials as well as general construction contractor which was initially carried out on a small scale through sub-contractors or direct consultation from various parties, both government and private.In carrying out the work, labour is usually taken on a contract basis based on the needs of the workforce.PAKUBUMI CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is registered with the 'Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor' (PKK) as a Class A Construction Contractor and is also registered with the Malaysian Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) for Class G7 and with the Ministry of Finance.Bachelor's or Equivalent
