It's this obsession that drives us to work closely across sectors to understand the business needs of our customers - from the Hospitality sector, to Manufacturing industry, to Not for Profit's to Construction, and many more.We're passionate about helping our customers stay one step ahead of the challenges facing their industry and business, currently helping over 60,000 customers to have the freedom to do more.Day-to-day, you will:- Ensure successful Payroll implementations for all Clients- Ensure resource availability and allocation- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget- Utilise Taskray to create Project Plans to monitor and trackprogress- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques- Organise and Lead Project Kick Off Meetings- Communicate with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays- Report and escalate to management as needed- Act as the Teams focal point for internal project communications- Identifying any process improvement areas- Identifying and highlighting ad-hoc requests and opportunities for additional revenue opportunitiesSkills and Experience:- Use and continually develop leadership skills- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills- Ability to multi-task and to co-ordinate multiple projects concurrentl- Ability to influence a wide number of senior stakeholders both within the region and globally- A high degree of self-awareness and judgement, and ability to take a personal stand on issues when required- A strong communicator, both in writing and spoken communicationsWhat does Access offer you?We are a growing software company, and we deliver on what we say we do!
