Responsibilities: Determine the resource plan to meet the product requirements Implement and monitor the cycle of each development process Produce milestone report and ensure the deliverables Manage budget for procurement, travel and outsourcing Find and address risks during the whole project cycle Communicate to project partners including oversea partners on status update, resources, schedule, dependencies, risks and processes Organize team roles and evaluating team performance with function leads Help with new employee onboarding program, plus ensure equipment, tools and support are provided for team members Provide input for departmental planning (i.e. resource planning, cost estimates etc) Qualifications: 5 years or more of Project Management experience 3 years of leadership experience (line management) Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle using SCRUM/AGILE Experience in B2C Project Exposure Experience with Mobile Development in-game exposure and/or experience in a Live-Ops/LiveService environment You should include a Degree in Computer Science or equivalent PMP Certification an asset Proficiency in English - both verbally and written Chinese Mandarin fluency will be highly regarded About Electronic Arts Everything we do is designed to inspire the world to play.
