Details of the offer

Scope & duties: - To responsible for overall management of the project which including planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing of the project;- To ensure project completed within planned time, budget, quality and clients' expectation;- To liaise and co-ordinate with all parties involved in the project including clients, consultants, contractors, colleagues and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of works;- To lead and manage the site team to ensure smooth operation of daily activities;- To administer all project related reports & document and the upkeeping of relevant document; and - Any other related duties as assigned by the Management. Requirement: - Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other professional qualification recognized by Professional Engineering Board or construction authority;- At least 8 years of working experience preferably in road and bridge work;- Must have sound knowledge on different construction contracts, e.g. PWD or CIDB contract and have experience in conducting project planning, contract administration and construction methodology;- Computer literate in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera & other Engineering software; and - Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills, able to work under tight schedule and willing to travel Notes: Prefer to have experience in infrastructure such as, road, bridget and etc.Please fill in the details of company, nature of business and a brief explanation on the company.Bachelor's or Equivalent
