Project Manager

Responsible for overall project performance and project staff.- Responsible for attending all project meetings and preparing minutes and meeting notes as and when required- Responsible for preparing project programs and deliverables and communicating to junior staff.- Responsible for preparation and presentation of all project documentation to company and client standards.- Responsible for documenting all project-related communication and activities as per company standards- Maintain effective client and project consultant contact at all times.- Deliver weekly and monthly project-specific performance reports and ensure clear accurate and efficient records of staff.- Ensure staffs are fully and effectively deployed at all times.- Understand company procedures and ensure staff is fully aware of and following at all times the procedures.- Ensure that no practice contravenes the spirit of any client contract or breaches of the law.- Develop good client/staff relationships that would lead to follow-up work.- Prepare weekly and monthly personal activities forecast and submit every 1st day of the week/month to immediate superior or Business Unit Head.- Prepare weekly and monthly internal project progress reports with forecast invoicingQualifications:- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in a medium-sized construction company, with the ability to manage project- Working in solar industry is an added advantage- Preferably degree in electrical engineering- Familiar with Project Management and Construction techniques and processes- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing- Based in East Coast (Terengganu/Kelantan)**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM12,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:- Fixed shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Marang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Management: 8 years (preferred)
