**Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- **Project Planning and Management**: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor and adjust plans as necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.- **Team Leadership**: Lead and manage construction teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and site workers. Ensure clear communication and coordination among team members.- **Quality Control**: Oversee all aspects of construction projects to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.- **Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and senior management. Provide updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.- **Compliance**: Ensure all construction activities comply with local laws, regulations, and building codes. Manage necessary permits and inspections.- **Financial Oversight**: Monitor project budgets, control expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions. Approve expenditures and manage financial reporting.- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.**Qualifications**:- Education**: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
