Project Planning**:- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and objectives.**2. Execution and Monitoring**:- Oversee the implementation of F&B projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.**3. Resource Management**:- Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and materials.- Collaborate with department heads to ensure the availability of required resources.**4. Quality Assurance**:- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the successful delivery of F&B projects.- Work closely with relevant teams to establish and enforce quality standards.**5. Stakeholder Communication**:- Foster effective communication among team members, departments, and external stakeholders.- Address concerns and provide regular project updates to senior management.**6. Risk Management**:- Identify and assess potential risks associated with F&B projects.- Implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent and address issues as they arise.**7.
