Collaborate with enterprise architect for translating business strategy to execution. Develops and establishes relevant technical, business process and overall support metrics (KPI/SLA) to drive results Negotiate, manage and coordinate with the client teams to ensure all functions are met as per estimates and create an impact of solution proposed. Responsible for informing the client, as early as possible, of any impending slippage in the delivery dates and any matters likely to impede the service level of the contract. Responsible for escalation Management on ageing tickets. Responsible for establishing the time and agenda for each progress meeting and must be prepared for each progress meeting with the necessary details for discussion. Responsible for ensuring that application software fixes and new functions are consistent in design and functions as the existing Systems. Reviewing the solutions proposed by the team personnel before these are presented to the client. Proposing process improvement by surfacing functions and/or processes which receive high volume of maintenance calls to propose how these functions can be fine-tuned and/or redesigned to serve the client's needs better.
