Project Manager

Lead and manage the project team in the Penang branch.- Manage projects assigned to ensure completion to customer specifications within the schedule and time frame.- To attend site meetings and inspections with relevant parties, including JKKP, the main contractor, the architect, the M&E engineer, and the owner as well.- To work hand-in-hand with subcontractors and testers to ensure the quality management system is met.- To manage and monitor project costs within the budget- responsible for projects' claims and collection- To understand contractual terms and to ensure any variation or omission is fully agreed upon by the customer.- Any other ad hoc work assigned by the superior during the employment**Requirements**:- Preferably 4-5 years of working experience in lift and elevator projects.- Commitment and good communication skills.- Willingness to travel.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Penang Hill: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Management: 4 years (preferred)Application Deadline: 09/30/2023
