Due to rapid expansion, they are currently seeking a Project Manager.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and manage projects related to the development, manufacturing, sales, and service of company products.- Collaborate with R&D teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.- Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure efficient production processes, quality control, and timely delivery of products.- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing, and promotional plans.- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.- Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on progress, milestones, and any changes to project scope or requirements.- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to ensure alignment with project goals and quality standards.- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, enhance product quality, and optimize project outcomes.**Skills & Experience Required**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the consumer goods or manufacturing industry.- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, from concept to commercialization.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative work environment.- Demonstrated experience in project planning, budget management, and risk assessment.- Proficiency in project management tools and software.- PMP or other project management certification is desirable.JTK Number**:JTKSM 995** | Company Registration Number**:201301019088 (1048918-T)
