Project Manager

Project Manager required for our new Site Project Location at Kg. Sg. Kelambu, Banting.**Responsibilities**:- Strong leadership skills with the ability to plan site works, coordinate and communicate with Clients, Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.- Responsible for project management to ensure that projects are on schedule and within budget.- Must have good knowledge in drawing, conversant in project planning tools and able to prepare detail Method Statement.- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.- To be responsible for other tasks assigned by your superior.Additional requirement:- Proven ability to solve problems creatively- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle- Excellent analytical skills- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline**Requirements**:- Knowledge in MS Office, AutoCad is a must.- At least 10 years of working experience as PROJECT MANAGER in Construction firm in ROADWORKS / EARTHWORKS / GROUND TREATMENT- Good knowledge in establishing construction or logistics planning system, procedure and implementation.- Able to lead and coordinate works amongst the project team.**Job Details****JOB INFO & REQUIREMENT**- Contract Type- Contract- Job Type- Executive- Experience Level- > 10 years- Job Categories- Construction- Minimum Education Required-- Language Required- English, Bahasa Malaysia- Nationality Preferred- Malaysians Only- Gender Preferred- Male Only- Own Transport- Car/Van**SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS**- Salary**RM 6,000 to RM 9,000 per month**- Other Benefit (Optional)- EPF, Socso Company Insurance Medical Benefit Bonus
