Project Manager

**Responsibilities**:- Taking project brief from Client, Account Management and Designer Team- Review contract documentation/ BOQ/ Design drawings specification to prepare SOW (scope of work)- Attend site recce and client meetings- Lead and providing clear lines of communication to all parties concerned as the project develops (Management, Administration, Warehouse, Logistic, Operation and supplier/contractor)- Prepare project path planners/schedule and method statement/procedure/works instructions- Manage all budgets relating to the physical deliver and execution of projects within the specified time frame and quality- Assist Account Management on project forecast budget, margin, Variation, and procurement process- Setting up site office and chair daily briefing on work programme/information and strategy- Close liaison with Foremen & Design Manager concerning all aspect of a project build- Onsite management of complete project, problem solving and ensure Health & Safety standard are always adhered to all the time.- Prepare report/updates on project activities/site progress and other relevant report (DO) for supplier/contractor claims and payment
