Project Manager (M&E)

Creates and executes project works plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing requirements- Complete full project responsibility in all areas of Project execution- Meet or exceed project goals established by Management- Project Scheduling, scheduling updates, schedule management and documentation- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project and scope- Effectively applies Project Management methodology- Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures- Effectively manages project risk through mitigation planning- Subcontract administration and control management- Project communication, meetings, and coordination- Determine progress claim and ensure timely and complete invoice- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately- Manage Project contract issues and notices and assist the team accordingly- Support tender processes- Any other duties assigned by Senior Manager**Address of work location**: Jalan Digital 7, Kulai Industrial Park (KIDEX), Mukim Bukit Batu, Daerah Kulai, Johor Darul Takzim, Malaysia**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kulai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- Are you a local (i.e. Malaysian) or work pass holder?- What is your expected monthly salary (in MYR)?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Project Management (M&E): 3 years (preferred)
