Project Manager (O&M)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:- Planning, organizing, assigning, directing, and reviewing the work of employee engaged in the operation and maintenance of Water & Waste water Treatment Plant- Overseeing the operation and maintenance of facilities to meet all applicable regulatory requirements and design criteria.- Developing and implementing techniques and methods of process control which increase plant efficiency.- Responsible for procurement of all routine section supplies and services.- Overseeing the work of others contractor to work on plant.- their reliability and to prevent interruption to manufacturing operations.- Ensure IWWTP & DIW systems related equipment & parts to meet legal requirements (e.g. final discharge of wastewater).- Preparation of Water Services performance data/ report for System Owner reviewing (Monthly/ Quarterly KPI Review).- Man Power arrangements for all O&M team (including leave, overtime, etc).- Attend Audit or Inspection by Client or Government Authority on site.- Responsible to make sure all 5S and housekeeping of all treatment plant in place.- To make sure Monthly O&M Contract Invoice close on time.- To update management in bi-weekly basis on operation and project progress.- To prepare report and attend weekly O&M Meeting with Client.**QUALIFICATION**:- Degree in Engineering- Preferred with **CePIETSO** Certificate - Course for Certified Environmental Professional in the Operations of Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems.**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Leesburg, FL 34788: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Project management: 1 year (preferred)
