Key Duties Undertake project management / coordination role for construction project on-site Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed Plan and coordinate project construction from start to finish, including organising the schedule of work, quality, costings and budget Manage the construction effort and represent REO as main interface for meeting with Client, Contractors and Authorities To plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan Monitor and report to Project Director of project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner. Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members. Adhere to Company Safety Standards and promote safety culture among the rank throughout the Company. Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management. Key Requirements Bachelor Degree, or equivalent qualification, in Engineering or related subjects Minimum 10 years of experiences as Project and Construction Manager in site project management in industrial factories project (preferably in semiconductor and pharmaceutical) Have an advanced knowledge of project controls including scheduling, budgeting, risk management progress monitoring and forecasting Able to take charge of project deliverables, make decisions, act on own initiative and operate in a pro-active way Good report writing skills, experience of making presentations to and attending meetings with client is essential Undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties as required by the management team from time to time in order to maintain flexibility in the organisation Good written and verbal skills (English & Bahasa) and able to influence and interact with all Management Levels Available immediately or with short notice
