Project Manager - Sabah A3

To lead the project team which consists of consultants, contractors and suppliers towards a profitable and successful completion of the project.- To meet financial objectives by forecasting work progress, preparing annual project budget and expenses.- To prepare and manage feasibility study of projects.- To coordinate design and development with the project team.- To ensure core areas of project such as work progress, cost control, work quality, safety and security are in line with the project and company's policy.- To attend all project meetings with the consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, etc.**Requirements**:- Degree in Civil/Structural/Architectural/Building Engineering or equivalent.- Minimum 10 years working experience in the property development industry.- Hands-on knowledge and know-how in managing all aspects of property development cycle.- Possess strong leadership and communication skills.- Able to work under tight schedule.**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Do you have hands-on knowledge and know-how in managing all aspects of property development cycle?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- property development industry: 10 years (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Kota Kinabalu (required)
