Project Manager | Shah Alam

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management of projects directly under the department.
Oversees and responsible for ensuring the executive of the project falls within the allocated budget, project cots are closely monitored and the project is completed in a timely manner. This includes the procurement of bought out items and equipment fabricated by the company itself.
Prepare and organize the issuance of tenders to the company’s suppliers and contractors. This will includes ensure that the company’s tenders are awarded on a competitive basis with full technical compliance.
Provide leadership, manage and supervise day-to-day project activities for the project team.
To troubleshoot problems either at project site or elsewhere in a mature, logical and professional manner.
Report to Technical Director and CEO on the progress and completion of projects.
Conduct post project includes costing evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Continuous improvement on the development of company, its processes and its projects.
Time management-Extended projects beyond contractual delivery time will inevitably cause cost more.Good time management breeds confidence from your client and ensures your on-site team is working as effectively and efficiently as possible.
Financial management – Ensuring costing at the initial stage is accurate, develop the necessary skills and strengths to analyze the project situation and ability to diagnose specific technical problem areas and to come up with solutions.
To manage and organize people as wel as skills in collaborative working so that you can manage relationships with suppliers and clients.
To ensure that adequate workforce planning is completed, and that staff are effectively trained.
Perform any other relevant project-related duties when needed.

Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any related field of studies
Minimum 8 years of experience working in a project with 3 years of Project Management role
Willing to travel frequently.
Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills, solid project management profile and able to start work with short notice
