Project Material Coordinator

Up-keeping of all equipment, consumables & vehicles- Updating equipment movement chart weekly- Handling and up-keeping PPE records/issuance- Ensure CRM system is updated for each mobilization-equipment loading- Ensure all equipment are tagged and accounted for- Conduct periodic audits-site/store (monthly)- Preparation of purchase order- Ensure minimum stock for consumables are maintained- Ensure all equipment is calibrated timely & proper schedule maintained- Ensure correct equipment are checked and issued for each mobilization crew with the required document- Generate min 2 quotation for purchase requisition- Attend to all stock and inventory control in CRM and physical stocks- Ensure maintenance and equipmentEnsure all vehicle are in good condition, keep track vehicle maintenance schedule and ensure all vehicle road tax are valid all the time.**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Paka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
