Project & Operation Assistant

**Responsibilities**:- Maintained project schedules by closely monitoring, planning, and updating project progress, while effectively coordinating activities among clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.- Proficiently created Single Line Diagrams and PV Layouts using AutoCAD, and generated energy modeling reports with PVsyst software, enhancing project planning and execution..- Expedited urgent orders and deliveries with both domestic and foreign suppliers, guaranteeing a smooth project's operation.- Assist in tender submissions and also assist on creating proposals for genset and solar projects such as Tender DNB, Malakoff, JKR, TM and SYABAS.- Negotiated with suppliers to secure cost-effective material purchases.- Oversee the procurement submissions to different agencies, including BOMBA, SEDA, MIDA, SURUHANJAYA TENAGA, DOSH, CIDB, SIRIM, system bless KPDN, and TNB, for genset and solar project in Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak.- Oversee the issuance of purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and statements of account for both clients and suppliers.- Prepared bill of quantities tailored to project and design requirements, contributing to efficient project budgeting and cost control.**Requirement**:- Degree in related field.- Experience in related field will be advantageous.- Malaysian only.**Benefits **:Annual leave upon confirmation, internet claims, bonus and increment based on performance, 5 days working hours (9AM-6PM), overtime claims, annual dinner, annual family day, free parking, medical claims, maternity & paternity leaves and many others benefits.**Location **:Putra Perdana, Puchong**Target date of start working **:01/05/2024**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Free parking- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusExpected Start Date: 05/01/2024
